New Rate Details:

  • Peak Season: May 1 – October 31
    • Sunday – Thursday: $195 per night
    • Friday/Saturday: $225 per night (add a third night for only $125!)
    • Weekly peak rate: $1,195
    • Special – Rent three nights, get one FREE, Sunday-Thursday nights.
  • Off-Peak Season: November 1 – April 30
    • Sunday – Thursday: $175 per night
    • Friday/Saturday: $195 per night (add a third night for only $95!)
    • Weekly off-peak rate: $995
    • Special - Rent three nights, get one FREE, Sunday-Thursday nights.
  • Holidays: 3 night minimum, $195 per night
  • All rates are plus tax and cleaning
  • Check-in 3:00 PM – check-out 10:00 AM
  • Two night minimum stay is required

Deposit:

The required cleaning fee, plus a deposit of 50% of total stay is payable within FIVE mailing days to hold your reservation. Bookings made within three weeks of arrival require full payment to reserve.

Cancelation Policy:

Vacation properties are often booked many months in advance and the property will be held for your use. While the property is being held for you, it obviously cannot be rented to someone else. Therefore, like cruise, tour packages and airline tickets, when booking/reserving a vacation rental home, you will need to make a full or partial payment upfront in order to hold the property.

Normally this is not a problem, BUT if you need to cancel your trip (especially at the last minute), you should know that you may forfeit a portion or all of your rental fees.

If you have to cancel, we will reopen your reserved dates. If we can rebook the dates, a total refund will be issued. If not, your deposit can be applied towards another
rental period, or forfeited. Note, all cancellations will be charged a $50.00 service fee.
